The Roundabout

This site is the work of five friends -- a lawyer (Ben), a minister (Brian), a philosopher (Brynn), a creative (Kanishka) and a historian (the pseudonymous GOPHistorian) --who have common interests but differing perspectives.

This place exists as an outlet for what we feel led to say about the world. There is a strong possibility you will disagree with some of what you read here -- heck, we disagree with some of what we read here -- and that's quite alright. We hope you find value where you can.

We want you to know that all of us have "real" jobs, families, and other responsibilities. We do this as a labor of love. (Some of us do it because we can't help ourselves.) And as much as we want to hear from and engage with you (and we do!) we're always going to put time with our families first. So if there's a delay in responding to you, or if we don't engage your valid criticism of something we've written right away, please accept our apologies in advance. We'd suggest going for a walk with your family or scratching your dog's ears, since that's probably what we're doing.

Thanks for taking the time.
